摘要
以月桂酸二乙醇酰胺为原料,P_2O_ 5为磷酸化剂,经酯化、水解和中和反应合成了月桂酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯盐,确定了最佳合成条件。结果表明:当n(酰胺):n(P_2O_ 5)=2:1,温度为70℃的条件下反应3 h,并在 80℃下水解 2 h,总酯化率为 90.32%,单酯含量为 57.53%。通过测定其表面性质,证实该产品具有良好的表面活性。
Laurogldiethanolaminde phosphate salt was synthesized by lauroyldiethanolamide and phosphorus pentoxide, through the three-step reaction of esterification, hydrolysis and neutralization, the optimum conditions of synthesis were established. The experimental result showed that the yield of monophosphate reached 57. 53% and total yield of phosphate was 90. 32%,when the mole ratio of alkanolamide to phosphorus pentoxide was 2 : 1 at 70℃ for 3 hours and hydrolyze 2 hours at 80℃. The study showed that the product had good surface active properites.
