摘要
以椰子油为原料，经一锅法实现甲酯化和酰胺化两步反应合成月桂酸二乙醇酰胺。详细研究了温度、时间、催化剂和配比等工艺条件对反应的影响，并采用优化条件进行了重复和放大实验。
Using coconut oil as a raw material, lauric acid diethanolamide was synthesized with onepot method throngh two stage procedures, VIZ methyl esterification and amidation. The conditions for synthesis such as temperature, time, catalyst, proportion and so on, were investigated in detail. The experiment under the best conditons was repeated several times and amplitied.
