摘要
为制得LED用红色荧光粉,以Na2MoO4溶液为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制得前躯体,在马弗炉中经900℃灼烧2h,Pr3+的掺杂浓度为2at%时,成功地合成BaSrMoO4:Pr3+粉体。并对样品分别进行了x射线衍射分析、扫描电镜测试和荧光光谱等测定。该荧光粉可被400~500nm的蓝光范围有效激发,红色荧光粉的激发峰位于451nm,发射光谱在647nm处较强的发射峰,与Pr3+的3P0→3F2跃迁对应。
In order to find red phosphors for application of white LED, BaSrMoO4 : Pr3+ red phosphors was successfully synthesized by the co-precipitation method using Na2 MoO4 solution as the precipitator when concentration of Pr ion was 2at%. Powders were obtained by calcining the precursors at 900℃ for 2 hours in air atmosphere. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fluorescence spectrum were used tp characterize the structure and lumi- nescent property of the sample. Excitation spectrum of sample can be obtained at 451nm in 400 - 500 nm range of blue light. The emission spectra exhibited the strongest red light at 647nm, which was corresponding to the ^3P0→^3F2 transition.
