白光LED用YAG∶Ce^(3+)荧光粉的性能研究 被引量:16

摘要 对高温固相法制备的不同发射主峰的钇铝石榴石(YAG∶Ce3+)荧光粉,进行了X射线衍射分析和光谱特性的测试,研究表明,激发光谱不随钆含量的变化而改变,发射光谱的主峰随钆含量的增加有红移现象;随着Ce3+含量的增大,YAG荧光粉的发光强度先升高后降低;当Ce3+含量为0.06 mol时,发光强度最高;Ce3+的含量不影响YAG荧光粉的发射光谱和激发光谱. YAG : Ce^3+ powders with different emission peak were prepared by high temperature solid method. Samples were checked by X-ray diffraction and F-4500 spectrophotometer. The results showed excitation spectra didn't change with Gd^3+ concentration and emission peak shift to red wavelength with the concentration of Gd^3+ ion increasing. Also,emission intensity increased with increasing Ce^3+ concentration and the highest emission intensity was observed at 0.06 mol Ce^3+ concentration. Emission spectra and excitation spectra didn't shift with Ce^3+ concentration.
