摘要
讨论了LiZnVO4感湿玻璃的制备、结构、湿敏性能、敏感机理、稳定性以及在湿 敏材料中的应用.结果表明:LiZnVO4材料是一种高性能的敏感材料,由LiZnVO4制备的 湿敏玻璃陶瓷材料,例如ZnCrO4-LiZnVO4,Zn2SnO4-LiZnVO4和TiO2-LiZnVO 4等材料,具有较高的湿度灵敏度及长期稳定性,是一种较理想的湿敏材料体系.
The preparation, the structure,the humid-sensing property and mechanism,th e stability and the use of LiZnVO4 humid-sensing glass materials have been re p orted. The result demonstrated that the material of LiZnVO4 exhibits higher hu midity sensitivity and the porous glass-ceramic materials containing LiZnVO 4, such as ZnCrO4-LiZnVO4, Zn2SnO4-LiZnVO4 and TiO2-LiZnVO4 series materials, have higher humidity sensitivity and long stability, are the best humid-sensing materials series.
