摘要
本文主要报道新型的ZnCr2O4-LiZnVO4陶瓷湿敏元件的制备工艺和测量结果。实验结果表明,此种陶瓷湿敏元件的性能对制备工艺,特别是烧结温度有明显的依赖性。在适宜的制备工艺条件下,可以得到性能优异的陶瓷湿敏元件。
This article mainly reports the preparation techniques of the new type of ZnCr 2O 4 LiZnVO 4 ceramic devices sensitive to humidity and the measure results as well. The experimental results show the clear dependence of the charcter of such devices on the preparation techniques, especially on the sintering temperatures. Ceramic devices sensitive to humidity of outstanding character can be obtained by appopriate preparation techniques.
