负载纳米TiO_2涤纶针刺滤料的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交实验结合纳米粒径分析,研究分散剂、改性剂对纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)水分散体系的影响,得出分散纳米TiO2的最佳组合。结合聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液和粘合剂,按一定比例配制纳米TiO2/PTFE复合整理液,通过浸渍法将纳米TiO2负载于滤料之上,并研究其光催化降解作用以及孔径、过滤效率等。正交实验得出分散纳米TiO2的最佳组合,六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)含量为0.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)含量为0.4%、硅烷偶联剂(KH560)占粉体质量分数为10%;透射电子显微镜X射线能谱仪(EDAX)谱图及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图显示涤纶针刺滤料上负载了TiO2及PTFE粒子;在紫外灯照射下,负载纳米TiO2涤纶针刺滤料具有优异的光催化性能,可有效降解亚甲基蓝溶液及甲醛气体。 Some factors including the dispersant and modifier that affect the particle size and stability of nano titanium dioxide aqueous dispersion have been tested and analyzed by orthogonal experiment,and the best combination of dispersion was found out.Nano-TiO2/PTFE composite emulsion was prepared and PET needle-punched filter material loaded with nano-TiO2 was prepared by dipping,then its performance of photocatalytic degradation,aperture and filtration efficiency were tested.The best combination of dispersion was found out by the orthogonal experiment,the concentration of SHMP was 0.5%,the concentration of SDBS was 0.4%,the mass fraction of KH560 in powder was 10%.EDAX spectra and SEM photos showed that TiO2 and PTFE particles were loaded on the needle-punched filter material; under the light source of the UV,PET needle-punched filter material loaded with nano-TiO2 owned the excellent performance of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue and formaldehyde.
