摘要
通过制备稳定的纳米炭黑微粒 (粒径为 8nm )水分散体系 ,采用高温高压染色法 ,用纳米炭黑对纯涤纶织物进行染色。探讨了表面活性剂的结构与纳米炭黑微粒水分散体系稳定性的关系 ,研究了不同染色时间以及炭黑含固量的不同对织物上炭黑含量和织物表观深度的影响 ,并测定了染色后织物的皂洗牢度。研究结果表明 ,利用高温高压染色法和相对稳定的分散体系 ,不仅可以使纳米炭黑在一定工艺条件下上染纯涤纶织物 ,而且被染物还具有一定的皂洗牢度。
Stable aqueous dispersion system of nano carbon black particles with size of 8 nm was prepared. Nano carbon black can be used to dye pure polyester fabric by means of high-temperature-high-pressure dyeing method. The relationship between the surfactant structure and stability of aqueous dispersion system was explored, different dyeing time and solid content of carbon black exerted effects on the content of the carbon black in the fabric and apparent depth, the soaping fastness was also tested. The results illustrated that the high-temperature-high-pressure dyeing method and relatively stable dispersion system made the carbon black dye pure polyester fabric avaible, and the dyed fabric had a certain soaping fastness.
