摘要
目的探讨四手操作技术在正畸托槽掉落后的重新粘结中的应用效果。方法将在固定正畸治疗中出现托槽掉落的患者80例随机分为两组,分别采用四手操作和医师独立操作的方式重新粘结掉落的托槽,从操作时间、3个月内托槽掉落率和患者满意度三个方面进行评估。结果与医师独立操作组相比,四手操作组的操作时间更短、托槽掉落率更低、患者满意度更高,差异均具有统计学意义。结论在正畸托槽的重新粘结中,使用四手操作技术可以显著提高工作效率和医疗质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of four-handed technique on orthodontic bracket rebounding. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. In experimental group, four-handed technique was applied, while the whole proce- dure was completed by a single doctor in control group. Operation time, expulsion rate of bracket in three months and patient com- fort index were compared between two groups. Results Comparing with control group, four-handed technique group showed a sig- nificant better performance in all the aspects. Conclusion The application of four-handod technique in orthodontic bracket could be conducive to improve the efficiency and quality of medical care.
