摘要
目的:探讨四手操作在根管纤维桩核(玻璃纤维桩)修复中的临床意义。方法:选择50例经完善根管治疗后行根管纤维桩核修复的患者,随机分为两组。A组:为医生独立操作组,25例患者共33颗治疗牙;B组:四手操作组,25例患者共34颗治疗牙。比较两组治疗时间及患者满意度情况。结果:治疗时间A组为(111.57±5.78)min,B组为(71.20±3.88)min,治疗时间B组明显少于A组(P<0.01),满意度B组高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:四手操作可以明显提高医生工作效率,减少患者就诊时间,同时提高患者满意度,缓和医患关系,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of four-hand operation in repairing the root canal fiber post core（glass-fiber pile）. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided in two groups：the doctor independent operation group（group A）,and the four-hand operation group（group B）; A group（n= 25） patients with a total of 33 treated teeth, B group（n=25） patients with a total of 34 treated teeth. These patients were undergo root restored with fiber post core with tube after perfect root canal therapy. Compared with two groups of treatment time and patients satisfaction. Results The treatment time of A group were（111.57±5.78）min, B group were（71.20±3.88）min, B group was significantly less than that in A group（P〈0.01）;satisfaction in B group was higher than in A group（P 0.01）. Conclusion Four-hand operation can significantly improving the working efficiency,shortening the patients time, improving satisfaction, and easing the doctor-patient relationship. So it is worthy of clinical application.
