摘要
以松香、聚乙二醇为主要原料,经酯化、醚化和季铵化反应合成了3种不同相对分子质量的松香酯醇醚季铵盐表面活性剂。通过FT-IR对产物结构进行了分析和表征,并对该系列表面活性剂的表面活性、乳化性能、泡沫性能及HLB值进行了研究。研究结果表明,3种表面活性剂的CMC值分别为0.12、0.17、0.39 mmol/L,其对应的γCMC分别为24.6、23.6、33.8 mN/m;乳化力分别为15、22、16 min;HLB值分别为14.29、15.23、17.37。该系列松香酯醇醚季铵盐表面活性剂的CMC值、泡沫性能和HLB值随着相对分子质量的增加而增大。
Three rosin ester alcohol ether quaternary ammonium surfactants are synthesized by esterification, etherifieation and quatemization, in which rosin and polyethylene glycol are used as main materials. The chemical structures are characterized by FT-IR. Their surface properties are also studied. The results show that CMC values of three surfaetants are 0. 12 mmol/L,0. 17 mmol/L and 0. 39 mmol/L, respectively. The corresponding TcMc values are 24. 6 mN/m,23.6 mN/m and 33.8 mN/m,respectively. The emulsifying ability is 15 minutes,22 minutes, 16 minutes, respectively. The HLB values are 14.29,15.23,17.37, respectively. The critical micelle concentrations, foaming power and HLB value increase with the increment of molecular weight of surfactants.
