摘要
叙述了晶体管的负温度特性以及在晶体管的制造过程中如何改进晶体管的温度特性。
The negative temperature performance of transistor is introduced in this paper.In circuit design,the temperature characteristic is a very important factor.The process of improving the temperature characteristic of the transistors are also discussed.
