摘要 采用水溶液法制备了丙烯酸系高吸水树脂。将吸水树脂和用接枝共聚法制备的有机氟改性丙烯酸疏水树脂复合制备仿生涂膜。讨论了反应单体比及烘干温度对吸水树脂吸液率的影响,吸水树脂与疏水树脂的复合比例对涂膜表面结构及涂膜接触角的影响。结果表明:当AM、HPA单体比为1∶1,树脂烘干温度为50℃,吸水树脂吸去离子水率达3 000%,吸0.9%NaCl溶液率为367%;当吸水树脂与疏水树脂的比例为1∶1时,涂膜表面发生变化,出现类似于鲨鱼皮表面的"沟-槽"结构。 The acrylic super absorbent resin was prepared by water solution polymerization. Bionic coatings was synthesized with absorbent resins and hydrophobic organic fluorine modified acrylic resin by graft copolymerization. The influences of reactive monomer ratio and baking temperature on the absorption rate of liquid for water absorbent resin, the composite ratio of water absorbent resin and hydrophobic resin on the coating surface structure and the contact angle of the coating were discussed. The results showed that when AM, HPA monomer ratio at 1 ; 1, resin baking temperature at 50℃, the maximum absorbency of the super absorbent in distilled water at 3 000% and 0.9% NaCl solution absorbency at 367%, the composite ratio of water absorbent resin and hydrophobic resin at 1:1, coating surface changed, and appeared on the surface of the skin structure similar to the shark "groove - groove".
