摘要
建立符合我国国情的药品不良反应损害补偿制度,不仅能够保障药品使用者的生命健康权,而且也能够体现出社会的公平正义。分析诸如美国、日本、德国、瑞典四个典型国家的药品不良反应补偿制度的成功经验和成果,为我国提供相关借鉴。
The establishment of ADR damage compensation system according to China situation can not only protect drug users＇ rights of life and health but also reflect the social equality and justice. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the successful experiences of ADR compensation system of other countries such as United States, Japan, Germany and Sweden, so as to provide a relevant reference to China.
