摘要
阐述了高职院校图书馆馆藏资源陈旧且网络资源欠缺、服务内容和方法单一、人员专业素质低且知识结构不良的现状,分析了高职院校图书馆信息资源多样化、信息服务多元化、人员结构专业化且服务个性化的发展趋势,提出了改进高职院校图书馆信息服务的建议,包括提高馆员信息服务的意识和能力、多途径建设信息资源、完善内部管理机制、培养读者利用图书馆资源的能力。
This paper expounds the present situation of the library of higher vocational college such as the old collection resources and the lack of network resources, the single service content and method, and the lower professional quality and poorer knowledge structure of librarians; analyzes the development trends of the library of higher vocational college including the diversification of information resources, the diversification of information services, the specialization of personnel structure, and the personalization of service; and puts forward some suggestions on improving the informatior service of the library of higher vocational college, which include improving librarians＇ information service eonseiousnes＇ and ability, constructing the information resources through different channels, perfecting the internal managemen mechanism, and training readers ability of using library＇ s resources.
