微创外科技术在普外科的应用与发展 被引量:3

摘要 微创并不是一门专科,而只是外科中的一项技术,但同时,微创又已不仅仅局限于是一种应用于外科的治疗技术,更是一种现代外科的治疗理念。这一技术和理念在与普外科结合的二十余年之中,从稚嫩到成熟,从质疑到认同,从争议到共识,在普外科领域内获得了巨大的发展空间,同时也反过来赋予了普外科更大的发展活力和动力。本文就以腹腔镜为代表的微创外科技术在普外科的应用与发展做一回顾与展望。
