Surgical treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity:a report of 26 cases

摘要 目的:探讨胃肠外科手术在治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肥胖症中的意义。方法:对26例T2DM合并肥胖症的患者行胃减容和胃肠短路手术,观察术后血糖、体质指数(BMI)等指标的变化。结果:术后1年空腹血糖4.9-8.8 mmol/L,平均6.3 mmol/L。治疗T2DM有效率100%,治愈率42.3%。体质量降低5-42 kg,平均降低17.5 kg。BMI降至20.8-32.0,平均25.5。结论:胃减容和胃肠短路手术是治疗T2DM合并肥胖症可行、有效的方法。 Objective:To evaluate the significance of Gastrointestinal surgery in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and obesity.Methods:26 patients of T2DM and obesity patients underwent surgery reducing the capacity of the stomach and gastric bypass to observe the changes of blood glucose,body mass index(BMI) and other indicators.Results:The patients' fasting blood glucose of one year after surgery was between 4.9 to 8.8 mmol/L,the average mean was 6.3 mmol/L.The effective rate of treatment to T2DM was 100% and the cure rate was 42.3%.The decreased weight of these patients was from 5 kg to 42 kg,and the average mean was 17.5 kg.The BMI decreased to 20.8-32.0,average 25.5.The effect of the treatment for obesity was Significant.Conclusions:Reducing the capacity of the stomach and gastric bypass are feasible and effective to the treatment of T2DM and obesity.
