师德的宽度、高度、核心与秩序

Four Dimensions for Constructing Teachers Professional Ethics

摘要 文章从宽度、高度、核心、秩序四个维度论述了现代师德的结构。从教师的概念出发,界定了师德的边界范围;从道德发展理论出发,建议不要根据行为的结果而是根据其动机来判定教师的道德境界;从教育的本质和目的出发,提出教师职业的核心是做促进者;根据现代社会的发展方向,提出尊重先于关爱的师德秩序。 This paper puts forward four suggestions so as to form a new idea of teachers' professional ethics. The first is that we should clearly know only those who are functioning as the teacher can be in the restriction of teachers' professional ethics. The second is that we should define the ethical levels according to their internal motivations instead of their external ethical acts. The third, the essence of education defines the teacher as a facilitator, which can ethically explain teachers' professional acts. Lastly, in modern times, teachers should let respect precede love and care.
