摘要 研究了ICP-OES法测定环境水样中锡元素的方法,对仪器工作条件和参数进行了优化和选择。选择最佳的实验条件为:分析线189.9nm,RF功率1100W,雾化器压力200kPa。探讨了水样的前处理方法,结果表明:在0-10mg/L的线性范围内,相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.015mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.40-5.59%,加标回收率为83.0-95.0%。此方法准确度、精密度好,仪器操作方便,线性范围宽,适用于环境水样中锡的测定。 A method of Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) was applied to study the determination of tin in water samples.Operation parameters and condition were optimized and selected.The optimum instrument conditions were:analysis spectral line 189.9nm,RF power 1100W, nebulizer pressure 200kPa.Pre-treatment method of water samples was discussed.The results indicated that in the linear range of 0-10mg/,the related coefficient was 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.015mg/L,and the RSD was in the range of 2.40-5.59%,and the recovery was in the range of 83.0-95.0%.The method has advantages of high accuracy, precision,easy equipment operating,wide linearity and etc.It is a good method to measure tin content in water
