摘要
采用微波消解-端视等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定蜂产品中重金属微量元素铅、镉、砷,并对ICP-AES工作参数及条件进行了优化和选择,Pb、Cd、As的检出限分别为2.9×10-3mg/L、0.056×10-3mg/L、5.2×10-3mg/L,线性范围为0~500μg/L,相对标准偏差范围为2.9%~8.5%;回收率范围为91%~102%。该方法与国标法比较,结果无显著性差异,能满足蜂产品测定要求。
A method of microwave digestion axial-view ICP-AES was applied to determine heave metals trace elements lead, arseic, cadmium in honey products. Operation parameters of ICP-AES and condition were optimized and selected. The detection limit was Pb: 2.9-03 mg/L, As: 5.2-103 mg/L, Cd: 0.056-103 mg/L.The RSD was in the range of 2.9 %-8.5 % and the recovery was in the range of 91%-102 %.This method was compared with the national standard way and their resuhes showed no significant difference from that of the national standard way .The resuhe was satisfactory for honey products.
