摘要
目的 :探讨炎性牙髓毛细淋巴管超微结构的形态改变与功能变化之间的关系。方法 :采用常规透射电镜法 ,对正常和急性牙髓炎毛细淋巴管内皮细胞壁进行观察。结果 :在正常牙髓毛细淋巴管内皮细胞壁中可见微吞饮泡和多种内皮细胞连接方式 ,在急性牙髓炎毛细淋巴管内皮细胞壁中微吞饮泡几乎消失并出现开放连接。在牙髓毛细淋巴管内皮细胞中可见Weibel Palade小体 ,在炎症期数量增加。结论 :急性牙髓炎毛细淋巴管可有效引流组织液和大分子物质 ,与机体其他部位的毛细淋巴管的引流作用是一致的。
Objective:To investigate the possible ultrastructural modifications of the lymphatic capillaries in the inflamed dental pulps.Methods:The ultrasturctural features of the lymphatic endothelial wall in normal and acutely inflamed dental pulps were investigated by conventional TEM methods.Results:The lymphatic capillaries in normal dental pulp were characterized by the presence of micropinocytotic vesicles and specialized junctional complexes.In the inflamed pulpal tissues,the distened endothelial wall presented open junctions between endothelial cells.Moreover the micropinocytotic vesicles disappeared,the cytoplasm of the endothelial cells was characterized by the presence of numerous Weibel Palade bodies which number increaseed in the dilated capillaries.Conclusion:Similar to lymphatic capillaries of other ogans,dental pulp lymphatic capillaries could drain the fluids and macromolecules efficiently.
