摘要
以气缸盖热-机械耦合应力情况为基础,计算高温和交变载荷作用下气缸盖疲劳寿命,对不同负荷下气缸盖的疲劳寿命分布进行分析比较,并对强度薄弱区进行讨论.疲劳仿真结果与实船航行中零部件状况相符,可为改善气缸盖强度状况提供参考.
This paper analyzes the fatigue life of cylinder head under high temperature and alternating load based on the ther- mal-mechanical stress distribution of cylinder head. The fatigue life distributions of cylinder head in different loads are com- pared, and the weak areas of strength are discussed. Calculation result agrees with the actual ship sailing situation , which can provide a reference for improving the strength of cylinder head.
