摘要
采用Pro/E和HyperMesh对改进后的某车用柴油机气缸体进行了三维实体建模和网格划分,基于ABAQUS分析平台计算了改进后的机体应力分布情况;同时结合凸轮轴孔子模型,采用Fatigue软件进行高周疲劳分析。计算结果表明:改进后凸轮轴孔处的疲劳安全系数均大于1.1,满足疲劳强度设计要求。
Pro/E and HyperMesh were used to establish 3D Finite Element models and meshes of the cylinder of a certain vehicle diesel engine. With the aid of ABAQUS, stress distribution of the improved engine block was calculated; furthermore, MSC. Fatigue was used to analyze the fatigue strength based on the submodel of cam shaft hole. The results indicate that the fatigue safety factors around earn shaft hole are higher than 1.1, which satisfies the design requirements of fatigue strength.
