摘要
卓越工程师培养是工科院校目前面临的重要任务。学校的教学理念陈旧、教师工程实践能力薄弱、教育经费投入不足、学生学习态度不佳,是很多高校土木工程本科教育所面临的问题,也使得很多土木工程毕业生不能满足企业对其综合素质的要求,土木工程专业的教学质量亟待提高。本文结合湖北文理学院土木工程专业以"卓越工程师计划"为指导进行的教学改革经验,扼要介绍了"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的内涵和要求、培养模式和培养标准,并讨论了"卓越工程师培养计划"下土木工程专业教学改革的内容和具体措施。
Excellent engineer education is an important task for colleges of engineering. Old teaching philosophy, teachers＇ weak practical ability, inadequate investment in education and students＇ poor learning attitude are the facing problems of civil engineering in many universities undergraduate education, and make a lot of civil engineering graduates unable to meet the enterprise requirements of comprehensive quality. Therefore, the teaching quality of civil engineering profession needs to be improved. Combining with the experience of teaching reform under the guidance of ＂Excellent Engineer Education Program＂ in the School of Civil Engineering of Hubei University of Arts and Science, the connotation and the request, training mode and standard of the ＂Excellent Engineer Education Program＂ are briefly introduced, and the content and specific measures of civil engineering specialty teaching reform under the guid- ance of ＂Excellent Engineer Education Program＂ are dis- cussed.
