摘要
目的探讨膜-细胞骨架结合磷酸化蛋白50(ebp50)与膜细胞骨架结合蛋白埃兹蛋白(ezrin)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用荧光定量PCR及免疫组织化学检测ebp50与ezrin mRNA及蛋白在正常子宫内膜组织及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况。结果 ebp50与ezrin在子宫内膜癌组织中表达高于正常子宫内膜组织,其差异具有显著性(P<0.05);ebp50的表达与子宫内膜癌的组织分级,淋巴结转移、肌层浸润深度及临床分期有关(P<0.05);ezrin的表达与子宫内膜癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期及浸润深度有关(P<0.05);ebp50与ezrin两者的表达在子宫内膜癌中呈正相关。结论 ebp50、ezrin都与子宫内膜癌的发生发展及转移有关,联合检测ebp50与ezrin的表达,有助于判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度,侵袭转移潜能及预后。
【Objective】To investigate the expression levels of Ebp50 and Ezrin in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significances. 【Methods】The protein and mRNA expression level of Ebp50 and Ezrin were examined by SP immunohistochemistry and real-time PCR in normal endometrium tissues and endometrial carcinoma tissues. 【Results】The expression of Ebp50 and Ezrin mRNA and protein in endometrial carcinoma were obviously higher than that in normal endometrium, and there were significant differences（P 0.05）. The expression of Ebp50 was re- lated to myometrial invasion, lymphatic metastasis, differentiation and clinical stages. Ezrin expressions were related to invasiveness, lymph node metastasis and clinical stages. The expression of Ebp50 and Ezrin was positively corre- lated.【Conclusions】The expression of Ebp50 and Ezrin contributes to tumorigenesis and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. The detection of Ebp50 and Ezrin may help to evaluate the malignancy, invasion and metastasis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
