棕色脂肪——战胜肥胖相关代谢病的新思路

摘要
在过去30年中,肥胖症患病率在全球范围内迅猛增加,在绝大部分西方国家肥胖症的患病率都较1980年前翻了2~3倍,肥胖及超重人口占总人口近50%。中国通常被认为是拥有世界上最瘦人口的国家之一,现在却面临着超重和肥胖飙升的重大难题,目前中国的超重和肥胖人群达到了4.01亿。肥胖个体发生2型糖尿病、心血管疾病、睡眠呼吸暂停、癌症、骨关节病以及性功能障碍等的几率明显增加。
