摘要
基于45钢连铸坯生产工艺,实验研究了Ar气泡在铸坯凝固过程中的运动行为,并结合计算机模拟探讨了铸坯捕获气泡的深层机理。结果表明,Ar气泡被铸坯捕获是导致连铸坯气孔缺陷产生、影响铸坯质量的重要原因。
Based on the production process for 45 steel billet, the motion behavior of the Ar bubbles in solidification process was studied by experiments, and the deep mechanism in which the Ar bubbles was captured by the slab was explored combining computer simulations. The results show that it is an important cause of coming defects of casting porosity and affecting the quality of the slab that Ar bubbles are captured by slab.
