摘要
采用数值模拟与物理模拟相结合的方法研究了结晶器中Ar气泡的运动行为。结果表明,提高拉速和吹Ar量会使气泡更靠近窄边分布,且分布更为均匀;吹Ar量的增大,导致结晶器温度场和流场发生变化;吹入Ar气后,增强了钢液的上循环流动。
Ar-bubble movement behavior in the crystallizer was studied by numerical simulation and water model experiments.The results show that,with the increase of casting speed and blowing Ar,the distribution of bubble moves to mold narrow face.The temperature field and flow field of crystallizer changes with the increase of blowing Ar-gas;the upper circulation of the steel enhances when blowing Ar-gas.
