国产09MnNiDR材料是具有自主知识产权的国产低温用钢材,广泛用于石油化工低温设备制造,本文以09MnNiDR甲醇洗涤塔为例探讨低温压力容器的生产制造,从材料的选用到焊接、组装整个过程进行了详细的介绍。
Domestic material 09MnNiDR is domestic low temperature steel wlmln aepenuent mteectua property rights, widely used in petrochemical manufacturing cryogenic equipment, this paper use 09MnNiDR methanol wash column as example to explore cryogenic pressure vessel manufacturing, from the choice of materials to the welding, inspection whole process has been described in detail.
