摘要 通过分析水蒸气渗透原理以及渗透的途径,发现密封胶水蒸气透过率参数与中空玻璃的失效关系密切,因此结合JC/T914-2003要求介绍了丁基热熔密封胶水蒸气透过率的测试方法,以期为相关企业中空玻璃密封胶的质量控制提供一定的指导。 Because of its unique structure, the insulating glass is featured with excellent energy efficiency and it has become the main material that is used to construct the building envelope and exterior decoration, This article aims to discuss the correlation between the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of the sealant and the performance of insulating glass through the analysis on the water vapor permeation theory. Additionally the testing method of WVTR of butyl hot-melt sealant (conforming to the requirements specified in JC/T914-2003 standard) is introduced in this article, which may provide related enterprises with certain guidance to the quality control of insulating glass.
