摘要
采用丁基橡胶研制了用于中空玻璃单道密封的热熔胶。研究了主体树脂品种、增粘剂、改性剂、填料的类型及用量对材料性能的影响。该胶具有良好的粘接性、气密性,适用于中空玻璃的单道密封。
A butyl rubber based adhesive for hot melt application as sealant for cavity-glass was prepared. The effects of the type of main rubber, the type and content of tackifying resin, modifying resin and filler on properties of sealant were discussed. The sealant has some fine properties, such as good adhesion, good gas permeability coefficients. It is currently preferred for cavity-glass.
