摘要
目的分析低血糖症误诊为脑卒中的原因,以减少误诊误治。方法对32例误诊为脑卒中的低血糖症的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组平均年龄(61±5)岁,表现为单纯偏瘫19例,偏瘫伴失语8例,单纯失语5例。误诊为脑梗死23例,脑出血9例。测血糖后确诊低血糖症。本组治愈31例,死亡1例。结论临床医生对表现为脑卒中患者要常规测血糖,警惕以中枢神经系统损害为主要表现的低血糖症。
Objective To analyze causes of hypoglycemia misdiagnosed as cerebral apoplexy in order to avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.Methods Clinical data of 32 patients with hypoglycemia misdiagnosed as having cerebral apoplexy was retrospectively analyzed.Results The average age of 32 patients was （61 ± 5） years old,19 patients had hemiplegia,8 patients had hemiplegia complicated with aphasia,and 5 patients had aphasia.Twenty-three patients were misdiagnosed as having cerebral infarction,and 9 as having cerebral hemorrhage.Hypoglycemia was confirmed after blood sugar was measured.Thirty-one patients were cured,and 1 patient died.Conclusion Patients with cerebral apoplexy should take routine test of blood sugar to avoid misdiagnosis for hypoglycemia with the main features of central nervous system damage.
