摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及对患者血清hs-CRP的影响。方法选取104例符合本次临床研究的患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各52例。对照组患者从月经来潮第1天开始给予米非司酮片12.5 mg,1次/d,口服;治疗组患者在月经干净后,在对照组的基础上同时加服桂枝茯苓丸4 g/次,2次/d,口服,连服3个月。比较两组的子宫肌瘤体积、血红蛋白、hs-CRP及总有效率并进行安全性分析。结果治疗后,两组与治疗前比较,子宫肌瘤体积均明显缩小、hs-CRP明显降低(P<0.01),血红蛋白明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组的子宫肌瘤体积明显小于对照组、hs-CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.01),两组的血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的总体有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤效果确切,能明显缩小子宫肌瘤瘤体体积,降低血清hs-CRP,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cinnamon twig and poria pill treating uterine fibroids and its im- pact on serum hs-CRP in patients. Methods 104 patients complied with this clinical study were selected and randomly divided into the control group （n=62） and the treatment group （n=52）.Patients in the control group were given oral mifepristone tablet of 12.5 mg once a day from the first day of menstruation while patients in the treatment group were given Cinnamon twig and poria pill of 4 g twice a day after menstruation based on the treatment of the control group for three consecutive months.The volume of uterine fibroids,signs and symptoms,Hb,hs-CRP and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared and the safety was analyzed. Results After treatment,the volume of uterine fibroids sig- nificantly reduced,hs-CRP obviously decreased （P〈0.01） and Hb also significantly increased in both groups （P〈0.05）, the volume of uterine fibroids in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,hs-CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）,and there was no statistical differ- ence of Hb in the two groups （P〉0.05）;the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Cinnamon twig and poria pill treating uterine fibroids is exact and it can significantly reduce the volume of uterine fibroids and decrease the serum hs-CRP in patients and relieve inflam- matory reaction.
