摘要
目的观察海昆肾喜胶囊联合银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法将42例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各21例,两组均给予低盐、低脂、优质低蛋白饮食等基础治疗,对照组给予海昆肾喜胶囊口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用银杏达莫注射液,疗程3个月,比较两组疗效及治疗前后血肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血肌酐、血尿素氮及24 h尿蛋白定量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海昆肾喜胶囊联合银杏达莫注射液可明显改善慢性肾衰竭患者的肾功能,延缓肾衰竭进展。
Objective To observe clinical effect of haikunshenxi capsule combined with ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridam injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 42 cases with chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 2l cases in each group.Basic treatment of low salt,low fat,high quality and low protein diet was used in two groups.0rally haikunshenxi capsule was used in control group,onthe basis of control group,ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole intravenous injection was used in observation group, the course of treatment was 3 months.Total effective rate,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 hours urine pro- tein quantitative in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 hours urine protein quantitative of observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Haikunshenxi capsule combined with ginkgo extract and dipyridam injection can significantly improve renal function of chronic renal failure patients and progress of renal failure. biloba delay
