摘要
目的:分析芪芍健脾口服液治疗小儿哮喘缓解期气阴两虚型的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年4月—2012年10月上海中医药大学附属曙光宝山分院儿童哮喘门诊哮喘缓解期气阴两虚型患儿80例,采用随机对照方法,以芪芍健脾口服液为治疗组,槐杞黄颗粒为对照组,治疗90天为1个疗程,自服药起持续观察1年。结果:共脱落8例,治疗组5例,对照组3例。6个月内总有效率治疗组为94.30%,对照组为91.89%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12个月内总有效率治疗组为85.71%,对照组为72.97%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医临床证候总积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各临床证候积分的单独比较:面色少华、盗汗,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪芍健脾口服液与槐杞黄颗粒均可减少小儿哮喘缓解期气阴两虚型患儿急性发作次数、减轻急性发作程度,芪芍健脾口服液远期疗效更明显;芪芍健脾口服液改善中医证候优于槐杞黄颗粒,改善面色少华、减轻盗汗方面芪芍健脾口服液更明显。
Objective：To analyze the effect of Qishao Jianpi oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric asthma in remission stage of deficiency of both Qi and Yin. Methods：80 cases of children patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin were selected, who were treated in Baoshan Branch, Shuguang Hospital from April 2011 to October 2012. Randomized controlled methods were utilized with Qishao Jianpi Oral Liquid as the treatment group and Huaiqihuang Particles as control group, and 90 days regarded as 1 course of treatment,with observation period of 1 year beginning from taking up of the medicine. Results：A total of 8 cases were cured ,5 cases in treatment group and 3 in control group. Within 6 months, the total effective rate was 94.30% in treatment group, and 91.89% in control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Within 12 months,the total ef- fective rate was 85.71% in treatment group and 72.97% in control group,with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Qishao Jianpi Oral Liquid and Huaiqihuang Particles can both reduce the onset of pediatric asthma in remission stage and reduce the severity of acute exacerbation, in children with deficiency of both Qi and Yin, with Qishao Jianpi O- ral Liquid＇s long- term effect more obvious. Qishao Jianpi Oral Liquid is better than Huaiqihuang particles in improving the syn- dromes, and it is also more obvious in its effect to improve dark complexion and lighten the night sweats.
