氧化石墨热解膨胀氢气还原法制备石墨烯的研究 被引量:3

Synthesis of Graphene Nanosheets via Hydrogen Reduction of Thermal Exfoliated Graphite Oxide

摘要 以天然石墨为原料,采用氧化石墨热解膨胀氢气还原法制备出石墨烯。通过SEM、XRD、Laman光谱及TEM对石墨、氧化石墨以及石墨烯的微观形态进行了研究。实验结果表明,成功制备出单层石墨烯,同时考察了氢气还原温度对还原效果的影响。 High quality graphene sheets were synthesized from natural graphite through efficient oxidation process followed by rapid thermal expansion and reduction with H2.The products in each stage of the process were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray powder diffraction spectroscopy,Laman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that single graphene was synthesized.The factor such as the temperature affecting reduction of graphene was discussed.
