摘要
利用Hummers法合成氧化石墨,然后将其还原成导电性良好的石墨烯。重点介绍了低温反应时间、还原阶段的时间及溶剂的选择对产物电阻的影响,石墨烯的电阻越小,其还原效果越好。并用红外光谱及扫描电镜对石墨烯产物的官能团、微观结构进行表征。另外,将所得的石墨烯掺入聚合物高分子材料聚苯胺后制得的导电吸声薄膜材料,吸声效果明显提高。
Graphite oxide was prepared by the method of Hummers, and then reduced to graphene which has high conductivity. The influences of the time of the reaction under low temperature, the time and the choice of the sol- vent at the stage of reduction on the conductivity of product are investigated systematicallfy. The smaller the resist- ance the graphene has, the better graphene can get. The functional and mierostructure of the product are character- ized by IR spectra and scanning electron microscope (SEM). In addition, graphene are tied to a sound absorbing material and the sound absorption is significantly improved.
