摘要 CIGS薄膜太阳电池以其优异的光电性能倍受研究者关注。简要介绍了CIGS薄膜的结构及其优异性能,着重阐述了电化学沉积法制备CIGS薄膜的反应原理与目前国内外电沉积法制备CIGS薄膜太阳电池研究的最新进展,并展望了CIGS太阳电池发展所面临的难题及将来研究的方向。 More and more attention has been paid to the CIGS thin film solar cells,due to their excellent optical properties.The basic structure and advantages of the CIGS films are introduced,with emphasis on its electrochemical deposition method and the latest progress.Then,the challenges and future research directions of CIGS solar cells are presented.
