摘要
以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、自制扩链剂为主要原料,利用预聚体法制备了对双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜有较好附着力的新型水性聚氨酯乳液,考察了水性聚氨酯中软硬段含量对其稳定性、附着力、T剥离强度、力学性能及微相分离的影响。结果表明:随着m(—NCO)/m(—OH)的增加,所制水性聚氨酯的附着力和T剥离强度先增大后减小,拉断伸长率减小,拉伸强度增大。当m(—NCO)/m(—OH)为1.225时,所制水性聚氨酯的综合性能最佳。
A novel waterborne polyurethane emulsion featuring good adhesion for biaxially-oriented ten-sile polyethylene films was prepared via prepolymerization with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, polyester polyols, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid and self-made chain-extender as main raw materials. The effects of soft and hard segment contents on stability, adhesion, T-peeling strength, mechanical properties and micro-phase separation of the waterborne polyurethane were explored. The results show that the adhesion and T-peeling strength of the waterborne polyurethane so prepared increase first and then decrease, while the elongation at break decreases and the tensile strength increases with increasing the mass ratio of isocyano-group to hydroxy. The waterborne polyurethane so obtained has the optimal comprehensive properties when the mass ratio is 1.225.
