摘要
目的主要研究服务设计中过多的信息选择对人心理产生的影响,进而为产品和服务的选项设计提供有效的指导方法。方法通过从无形服务和有形产品的实际案例中分析服务设计中信息选项的设置,论述了信息选择的价值及其影响,进而研究出其对人心理产生的影响。结论认为信息选择的数量的增加易导致人们决策的犹豫、情绪的焦虑和心理上的自责后悔,由此,对于信息选项的设置应有适度的量、唯一的含义、关键特征以及简单易懂,从而利于提升服务的易用性、满意度、忠诚度和效率,便于向用户提供更好的体验,为服务提供者和服务接受者创造共同的价值。
Objective It mainly studied the psychological impact of excessive information selection for people, and then to propose the method of information option settings in service design. Methods From cases of service and products, it analyzed the information selection, discussed the value and influence of information selection, and researched the psychological impact of excessive information selection for people. Conclusion It considered the increasing number of information selection easy to cause people decision hesitation, emotional anxiety and psychological remorse.So the information option should have a moderate amount, the only meaning, easy to understand and key features to improve the service' s usability, satisfaction, loyalty and efficiency, to provide users with a better experience and to create a common value for the service providers and recipients.
