摘要
随着社会的进步,学生群体中的"较不利者"愈来愈受到人们的重视。学生群体中的"较不利者"的产生与学校制度生活有着根源性的联系,因此,诉诸制度生活的公正本意是十分必要的。在依照公正原则使学校制度生活全面关注"较不利者"时,无疑应对那些不幸沦为"较不利者"的学生进行利益补偿。而具体的利益补偿实践可能会面临诸多阻力,为了突破这些阻力,相关的实践举措则是必需的。
With the progress of society, the comparatively disadvantaged in students has been drawing more and more attention. In order to solve this problem exactly appropriately, fair intention to resort to living systems is essential. Benefit compensation is obvious in making the school system and life pay full attention to the comparatively disadvantage in accordance with the principles of justice. Specific benefits compensation practices may face a lot of resistance, and in order to break through this some resistance, relevant practice initiatives are required.
