摘要
目的:建立复方龙脷胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC法对处方中栀子、麦冬、白芍、大黄进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法以乙腈-水(15∶85)、甲醇-水(95∶5)为流动相,在检测波长238 nm和254 nm处分别测定栀子苷和大黄素、大黄酚。结果:薄层鉴别分离度好,专属性强。栀子苷、大黄素、大黄酚分别在0.493 2-2.959 2μg(r=0.999 5)、0.054-0.54μg(r=0.999 9)、0.011-0.11μg(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.0%和100.3%,100.5%,RSD分别为1.4%,1.9%和1.2%。结论:该法简便可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于复方龙脷胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for compound Longli capsule.METHODS TLC was used to identify Fructus Gardeniae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Paeoniae alba,Radix etrhizome rhei in compound Longli capsule.Geniposide,emodin and chrysophanol were determined by HPLC with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(15∶85)and methanol-water(95∶5)respectively.UV detection wavelength was set at 238 nm and 254 nm.RESULTS The identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The linear ranges of geniposide,emodin and chrysophanol were in the ranges of 0.493 2-2.959-2 μg(r=0.999 5),0.054-0.54μg(r=0.999 9)and 0.011-0.11μg(r=1.0000),respectively.The average recoveries were 100.0%,100.3%and 100.5%,RSD were 1.4%,1.9%and 1.2%respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,effective and feasible,and can be used for the quality control of compound Longli capsule.
