摘要
化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的一种重要方法,但化疗可引起多种不良反应,最为常见的就是恶心和呕吐。本文简要介绍了预防化疗恶心和呕吐药物临床研究设计的考虑要点,旨在为此类新药的研发提供参考。
Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting is one of the most frequently reported adverse events in patients receiving chemotherapy. The article briefly describes the considerations on the clinical study de- sign of the drugs for the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy in order to provide a reference for research and de- velopment of these new drugs.
