目前,治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的药物已成为药物研发的焦点,国内几家公司研发的新药已获准进行临床研究,也有厂家在研发新药。本文对治疗急性缺血性脑卒中药物临床试验中的考虑要点进行了较为详细的介绍,希望对有关药物的临床试验有一定的指导作用。
Drugs for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke have been the hot - point of drug development. A few investigational new drugs have been approved for clinical studies which were developed by certain companies, and other companies are engaging in the development of new drugs too. This article makes a detailed introduction of the points to consider which should be concerned in the clinical trials of drugs for the treatment of acute ischemie stroke. Wish to have some instructional effect on the clinical trials for related drugs.
