摘要
在油田地面工程中,温度、加药量和沉降脱水时间是影响原油沉降脱水效果的主要因素。因此,为达到节能降耗以及降低生产运行成本的目的,需要对沉降脱水温度、沉降时间以及加药量进行定量优化研究。论述了原油沉降脱水试验的试验方法及试验结果,通过对试验结果的分析,得出不同加药量条件下脱水效果相同时沉降时间与沉降脱水温度间的等效关系,并对沉降脱水过程中的热能消耗及运行成本进行了分析计算。结果表明:延长沉降脱水时间,降低脱水温度,减少加药量,有利于降低原油沉降脱水的运行成本。
The temperature,dosage,and dehydration time were major factors affecting the crude oil dehydration in the oilfield surface engineering.In order to achieve the objective of saving energy and reducing the production costs,the research on the quantitative optimization of the setting dehydration temperature,settling time,and dosage was conducted.The method and result of the crude oil setting dehydration experiment were described.Under the conditions of the different dosage and the same dehydration effect,the equivalence relation between the dehydration time and the temperature was studied through the analysis of the experiment result.The heat exhaustion was analyzed and the operation cost was calculated.The result show that extension of the setting dehydration time,decrease of the dehydration temperature,and reduction of the dosage were conducive to the reduction of the operation cost.
