摘要
针对某采油厂联合站5 000 m3沉降罐脱水效果较差的问题,从加快水的沉降速度入手,建立了乳化水的数学模型,结合现场实际的生产情况,对沉降罐温度、加热炉负荷等具体原因进行了分析,提出了有效的解决措施。
Aiming at the problem that a 5000 m3 settling tank in some oil production complex works with poor dehydration effectiveness, starting from increasing settling velocity of water, mathematical model of emulsified water is built up, causes in low temperature of settling tank and underload of heater are analyzed combined with field production condition and effective measures to raise settling velocity of emulsified water are put forward.
