摘要
介绍了超细滑石粉在一种可降解塑料聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)/聚乳酸(PLA)合金材料中的应用情况。滑石粉加入量在合金材料的12%以下时,在添加量为8%时,合金的冲击强度有所降低。同时它能起成核作用,能有效地提高合金材料的结晶速率。对PHA/PLA合金的一些性能,如成型收缩率、力学性能、热变形温度及加工工艺均有明显的改善。
Study on application of superfine talc powder on a biodegradution plastic PHA/PLA alloy was introduced. Some properties of the PHA/PLA alloy, such as moulding shrinkage rate, mechanic properties,thermal deformation temperature and processing technology are obviously modified after adding superfine talc powder,lesser than 12% PHA/PLA alloy,only when its content is 8% of alloy, the impact strength of alloy is lower than not adding. In other hand, the superfine talc powder is a uncleating agent,which can effiicently raise the crystallization rate of the alloy.
