摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈等方法,探析闽南四所高校大学生职业生涯规划指导发展现状和存在的主要问题,高校可以通过开设个性化职业生涯规划与就业指导课程、建设专业化的职业指导队伍、构建实践性的职业能力培养体系、建立个人职业生涯发展档案、提供一对一的职业咨询服务、建立个性化评估体系等方式提升大学生个性化职业生涯规划指导水平。
Taking four universities in South Fujian as examples, the development status and main problems of university students＇ career planning guidance were analyzed by questionnaire survey and interview etc. It points out that universities can improve students＇ personalized career planning guidance by setting up personalized guidance courses, enhancing tutorial system, building practical vocational training system, building up students＇ career developing records, promoting one-for-one consulting service, and establishing a personalized evaluation system etc.
