摘要
目的 :了解华北水利水电学院新生近年来HBV感染率的动态变化。方法 :连续 5年对华北水院共约 5 40 0名新生进行RPHA法过筛 ,对HBsAg阳性者再用ELISA法进行乙肝两对半检验 ,并对检验结果进行统计分析。结果 :乙肝两对半阳性HBsAg、HBeAg、抗 -HBe和抗 -HBc、四项的阳性率均呈逐年上升趋势 ,且男生阳性率明显高于女生 ;HBV感染模式以小三阳(HBsAg+ 、抗HBe+ 、抗HBc+ )、大三阳 (HBsAg+ 、HBeAg+ 和抗 -HBc+ )和双阳 (HBsAg+ 和HBeAg+ )为主 ;HBV感染模式不受年度变化、感染率高低和性别的影响。结论 :应加强对高校新生 ,特别是男生人群的乙肝防治工作 。
Objective: To understand the dynamic change in infection rate of hepatitis B virus (HBV) among freshmen of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power. Methods: For successive five years, HBsAg was screened using RPHA method among 5 400 freshmen at North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power. Among HBsAg-positive freshmen, HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb were detected with the method of ELISA. Results: Positivity rates of HBsAg, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb increased year after year, the rates were higher for males than females. The HBV infection patterns included two tri-positive patterns(HBsAg+, HBeAg+, HBcAb+ or HBsAg+, HBeAb+, HBcAb+) and a bi-positive pattern(HBsAg+, HBeAg+). The infection patterns were not affected by years, infection rates and sex. Conclusion: Further emphasis should be placed on prevention and treatment of hepatitis B among freshmen, especially among male new students. At the time of entrance, freshmen should be inoculated with HB vaccine.
