摘要
阐述曝气沉降技术及其在大庆油田采出水处理方面的应用情况。选择了3个典型采出水处理站,对曝气沉降技术涉及的曝气释放器材质,曝气位置,曝气比等参数进行应用评价分析,试验可知:应采用聚四氟乙烯曝气管,曝气管最佳位置为1/2处,曝气比最佳为1∶20。在南五区来水pH值平均为10.1,聚合物含量平均为712mg/L,表面活性剂含量平均为45mg/L的试验条件下,曝气后硫化物去除率增加40%以上,黏度去除率增加20%以上。
This paper mainly describes aeration sedimentation used for produced water treatment in Daqing Oilfield.Three typical produced water treatment stations are chosen and aeration release material,aeration position,and aeration ratio aeration referred in sedimentation technology are analyzed.Using polytetrafluoroethylene pipe,when the best position is at half of the pipe and the best aeration ratio is 0.05,the best treatment effects can be found.When the average content of polymers is 712mg/L and the average content of surfactant is 45 mg/L,the sulfide removal rate increases more than 40%and the viscosity removal rate increases more than 20%.
